Are all that are remembered. Like it or not, trump will remain on people’s lips for as long as our republic exists not as a financial or criminal but as a memorized list of presidents.

I think Elvis, Beatles, Rolling Stones, MJ and others will be remembered for generations unless the music is stopped being played. But classical composers have lasted for centuries even though the contemporary performers of the time are long forgotten.

Will Sondheim, R&h and K&e be remembered. Probably as long as musical theater is performed. But Gilbert and Sullivan are probably falling into the forgotten category after only a century.

Some of our greatest film stars like Hepburn Hayes gable probably can’t be named by those under 30.
