"I Don't Care Much" was sung by Sally for one or two New York previews in 1966. They deleted "Don't Tell Mama" and put "Cabaret" there, and put "I Don't Care Much" where "Cabaret" had been. Everyone on the creative team thought it was a disaster, and after those one or two performances, things were put back as they had been, with no "I Don't Care Much," except, strangely, in the entr'acte, although it's not heard in the entr'acte on the OBCR or the OLCR. They wisely cut it from both.
