Regional and offbroadway have really moved toward digital. This was happening before Covid but has really become the norm after Covid. Probably because it’s harder to tell what will be a popular show that needs more programs.

I’ve also used the 5x7 mail cards instead of a playbill cover since they have the show logo. But I’ve noticed shows aren’t making those anymore. When I saw Wholesale last fall, it was digital program and no mail flyers. That has happened a few times in San Fran last year.
