I'm curious in what ways you found it an improvement over the original production. The original was a raved about hit, and both were directed by the same director, who won Best Director Tony beating Hal Prince for his incredible direction of Kiss of the Spider Woman (which rightfully took home Best Musical).
I don't doubt this might be an improvement, I'm just curious how so. |
