| Boy George: ''I would really love to bring ['Taboo'] back ... and make it brighter in some places and darker in some places, a bit more real.'' I'm also reminded of a Time magazine interview in 2005. Sondheim was asked if there was a recent Broadway musical that was underappreciated: ''[Boy George's] 'Taboo.' I thought it was inventive, and I was touched by it, and I thought it looked good. ''All the way through I had a good time. And a few of the songs really moved me. I got involved in it - and it's not my kind of music.'' |
