With cut in realtor's commission just passed, what other jobs are actors taking as survival jobs?

I read today that this new law regarding decreased commissions is likely to lead to at least a third less real estate agents. There's always the standbys of waiting tables and bartending for flexibility and there's temping, but there aren't as many word processing or legal secretarial/other secretarial/executive or administrative assistant jobs that had flexibility to get off for auditions as there used to be. Lots of lawyers do their own inputting, and word processing centers have apparently disappeared. Real estate was something that had the possibility of actually making better than survival pay, and I know a few former "Naked Boys Singing" and naked "Party" play actors who've gone over into that field. (It's either that or do Gilbert and Sullivan, I guess -- another place real estate/former nude actors wind up part-time. :) ) Actually, for the most part, it seems real estate tends to keep actors too busy to concentrate on looking for acting gigs, and they tend to drop out of auditioning. Working for lawyers, like I used to do, among other gigs, kept me on the audition beat since I found lots of them hated what they were doing (other than the money). Plus it was flexible enough when I had a gig to work different shifts. I remember Joan Rivers years ago gave advice to not like your other job too much or you'll be more likely to give up on show business. There's fiverr, dogwalking, dog care and other apps that let you put yourself out there for personal assistant, etc. stuff as well nowadays.
