Updated renderings of 'The Torch' going up on Eighth Ave betw 45/46

At one point there was speculation this building would have a 'new build' theatre inside. Mentioning to keep this on topic! Still has the 'drop ride' at the top. I wonder how much of the rendering will be realized & how much is fantasy. Not to my taste (architecture), but I'd vote for this over a casino in TSquare any day.
