You're welcome, Tony. I'm pretty interested in this myself.
Earlier today, I searched for anything about Mary Martin and Alfred Drake. I was a bit surprised that I couldn't find anything about Martin being honored with the lights dimming. Not too surprised about Drake.
Of course, that doesn't mean that one or both of them weren't honored. I may just not be using the right combination of search terms or any periodicals that covered might not be carried by ProQuest (though I'm doubtful of that) or it's possible that the lights dimming for some people just did not get mentioned in the press. |
