Seatgeek doesn’t send tickets through the mail or even, as far as I know, allow you a print-at-home option like Telecharge and Ticketmaster do. (I can’t remember seeing whether that was ever offered at final checkout or not for any of the shows I’ve purchased with them, but if so it certainly wasn’t easy to find.)
Whether at Funny Girl, Into the Woods or Bruce Springsteen on Broadway, at the shows using SeatGeek I’ve not seen a single person NOT using their phone for entry. I’m sure they’ve been out there, whether because they purchased directly from the box office or had house seats or press tickets - but in these cases they’re certainly almost entirely outnumbered by the people using bar codes on their phones. Which is clearly the way SeatGeek wants it. |
