JRB thinks that a Japanese audience sitting quietly, waiting the show to start is eerie.
I think it's amazing. Such a respectful culture, in so many ways.
As for men/women at shows, Japan was mostly women, but in Seoul, it's much more mixed. Saw AIDA there multiple times over the last run (which was spectacular and basically a copy of the original broadway show) and noticed how many gents were there. |
