I enthusiastically concur. There’s a depth and delicacy in this particular performance that is every bit as surprising as it isn’t (from one of Broadway’s best). Exceptional work, indeed.
But she is the sole bright spot in this bloated and misguided mess. I’m still trying to figure out what the team behind this production was thinking. Or smoking. I mean, the SCREAMING. |
