FEMININE RAGE: MUSICALS EDITION – APRIL 15 AT 7PM

Do you ever find yourself scrolling through your playlists, unsure of what to listen to? Scrolling through song after song, but nothing is hitting the mark? Then, suddenly, out of nowhere you find it- the song that gets you back on your feet, ready to knock down anyone who stands in your way, gearing you up to take on the world one problem at a time…all within less than 4 minutes (and let's be honest, it's always a feminine rage anthem). Well, what if we told you there was an opportunity for you to come see all of your favorite rage filled songs sung on one stage, no decision making necessary?

We are proud to present… Feminine Rage: Musicals Edition! From cheating husbands to murderous boyfriends, these characters have been through it all and we are here to sing their songs and tell their stories.

Produced by Tayla Madison and Sejal Joshi and featuring a cast of aspiring Broadway and pop performers, join us for a night of nostalgia with a hint – more like a tidal wave – of female empowerment. So either "Get out and Stay Out" or "Bring it On," because feminine rage is about to take over the stage!

54 SINGS SONGS FOR CHANGE PART 2 – APRIL 15 AT 9:30PM

We are back for Part 2!

Join us for 54 Sings Songs for Change, featuring songs written and performed to comment on and spark societal changes. Songs will be performed that speak on relevant topics that range from racial justice to climate change, songs like "All About that Bass," "Brown Skin Girl," and "Waiting On the World to Change." This powerful night will include songs from various works and artists like Nina Simone to Miley Cyrus. Produced by Malaikia Sims-Winfrey, come and be inspired by the music that has and continues to use words and imagery to fight for a greater cause! Music direction by Canaan J. Harris.

Featuring Stephanie Ainsworth, Leanne Antonio, Shanna Brajevic, Kali Clougherty, Jeffrey Cornelius, Bryanna Marie Cuthill, Margot Grom-Mansencal, Terrie Lynne, David Medina, Ramone Nelson, Elle Prado, Nigel Richards, Cameron Sirian, Giselle Amarisa Watts, and Anania Williams.

A theatrical dynamo with the power to "melt the heart of the most hardened cynics" (The New York Times), Maye is a consummate entertainer who breathes new life into classics, carrying the torch from her peers who originated tunes of the Great American Songbook to the future generation of singers. YALE UNIVERSITY'S PROOF OF THE PUDDING – APRIL 16 AT 9:30PM

54 Below is thrilled to welcome Proof of the Pudding, Yale University's premier SSAA jazz and swing a cappella group! Since its founding in 1975 (just six years after women were first admitted to Yale), Proof has enjoyed expanding its repertoire to include everything from retro jazz standards like "In the Mood" and "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" to new favorites like Lorde and Sara Bareilles. Known for their tight harmonies, convivial performances, and love of music past and present, Proof shows audiences from San Francisco to Seoul that, when it comes to the talent of an SSAA jazz group, the proof really is in the pudding. 54 SINGS BOYGENIUS – APRIL 17 AT 9:30PM

Join us in a tribute act to indie darling supergroup boygenius! Consisting of Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus, these three women have made great strides for the indie genre. Produced and directed by Allie Devaney with music direction by Ella Blankinship, this evening will consist of the music made famous by these multi-Grammy Award nominated artists, such as hits like "$20" and "True Blue." Come join us as NYC theater makers perform their renditions of both their work as a group and their solo projects! Bring tissues – you might be "Not Strong Enough" to hear these gorgeous voices with a dry eye!

Join us for an evening as rising musical theatre artists enter the kingdom of Genovia, the backdrop of the film series of our generation: The Princess Diaries. With a soundtrack from upbeat pop songs ("Breakaway") to gorgeous ballads ("A Love That Will Last") to musical theater gems ("Your Crowning Glory"), 54 Sings The Princess Diaries shines light on one of the most iconic soundtracks of the 2000s – and a story that speaks to the heart.

Come celebrate National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day with us at Snoozefest: a brand new song cycle about sleep! Snoozefest will be anything but — be prepared to hear the debut of sixteen brand new songs from emerging writers in musical theater! Featuring eight writers and writing teams plus incredible Broadway vets and up and coming performers, Snoozefest is the night you've been dreaming about! Music direction by Matt Graham (Barba).

Previous volumes of this Scott Siegel concert event hit 54 Below like lightning! This was the show that every musical theater-lover had been waiting for… and now we're going to do it again, with a brand new line-up of 54 Sings Broadway's Greatest Hits!

If you skip through cast albums just to hear the very best songs in each show, this is the nightclub concert event for you. If you love the classics of the Great White Way, come and hear the songs that made Broadway great, that made your heart soar, that you used to sing (maybe still do) in the shower! Actor Therapy New Works (ATNW) develops and produces readings, workshops, and concerts of brand new musicals and plays cultivated by Actor Therapy students and faculty. Stay tuned for what ATNW has up next!

54 Below's new series is designed to make more shows accessible to fans all over the world. "Live from 54 Below" will feature LIVE performances of current shows on the calendar, streamed directly from Broadway's Living Room. Seven cameras will capture the excitement of being at the venue – all paired with the club's dramatic lighting and award-winning sound design. To recreate the live experience, all shows will be presented exclusively at the time of performance with an in-house audience and will not be available on demand afterwards.
