| Is there another recent example of the New York Times reviewing a major Off Broadway production three weeks after its opening, as is the case with "Oh, Mary!"? Equally strange is that none of the usual NYT theater critics -- the newspaper has a lot of them -- wrote the review, which is a rave. It's written by Joshua Barone, who usually covers classical music, often overseas. |
