a lot of the the $3.75 is several weeks of reserves (for low grossing weeks), bonds, insurance and load-out costs held (i assume in escrow) when show closes. I'm not sure you covered those costs in $250K for West End transfer.

I do realize West End is cheaper. There aren't a lot of comparisons, but Betrayal 13/14 season did list the differences. Broadway cost $2.6M to mount with a $260K/week cost while London cost $565K to mount with a $105k/wk to run.
