What I find "really absurd" is that you think you can spread misinformation that you must know is incorrect. Surely you know a fair percentage of the line items that would be directly affected by this transfer, relatively few of which have anything to do with the physical transfer ("of 2.5 blocks" lol). [FWIW the same absurdity exists in the reverse. How many line items are ignored in your $250,000. "Truly."
Regarding the first part, you are of course free to have that chip on your shoulder about LORT on Broadway (an arrangement fully negotiated by the parties to the production contract). You don't have to like it. One other point deserves mention, however: of the LORT Bdwy houses you mention, how many of them would be among "the limited number of Broadway theatres that exist" were they not non-profits? [I think the answer is 0.] |
