| That’s great, except she and the producers are not fulfilling their commitment to theatergoers for an above the title star in a hit show in which the three leads together have gotten huge raves and people are paying hundreds to see. Perhaps the most galling is that they know that she will be out of a given performance in advance but they don’t announce it until just before curtain. I’m guessing when (and if?) she gets a Tony nom that Merrily ticketholders will see her even less of her than they do now. |
