| From a friend who was there: "It was mostly pretty great I mean FOLLIES w a full Orchestra! Makes up for no sets. The four leads...new to me...all sang well...Andrea M a little young to be Hattie but was funny.....Clint Holmes sang All Things Bright and Beautiful after Ben's last number...it kind of worked....Frederica Von Stade was great....Nicolas King a good Young Ben..Loveland sung by Gladys Knight's brother who also did all the dialogue in that song himself....if you don't know the show this and the four FOLLY songs might confuse you...like the new SUNSET BLV without props or sets...nice to see the full BOLERO" Trying to get more details out of her ..she won't go on here lol |
