No matter when Byrne and Fatboy Slim wrote it, it's a great score. That it's a pop score that captures the era of the disco-loving Imelda is genius.
And frankly based on the batch of new Broadway musicals I've recently seen, it's still the best one. What a shame ''Here Lies Love'' isn't still running. |
