| If there’s filming to be done, announce a schedule!!! If there’s a nasty personal situation and it’s affecting your ability to do your job, take the time you need to address it and then get back to work. This bullshit of cancelling last minute is nothing but, well, bullshit. Professionalism, people. Look it up. How many other working actors it or tech folks have “nasty personal situations” going on — and they still manage to show up. They don’t seem to keep Ms. Mendez from making every TV appearance. When Lea Michelle’s baby became very ill, she missed several FG performances. It was announced well before curtain AND she addressed in social media. Classy, professional, human. But this shit? And shame on those greedy producers who care not for the audience’s experience. Despicable. |
